LUNCHES 
All lunches are accompanied by platters of fresh seasonal fruit and a selection of fine Australian cheeses with crisp water crackers. Ice cold jugs of fresh orange juice are served with ling and tea and coffee is made available in your conference room upon your return.

All of the following options can include vegetarian servings upon request

- A cold buffet of chicken pieces, sliced ham, turkey, smoked chicken, roast beef and pastrami accompanied by an assortment of salads and fresh bread rolls
- Asian style buffet of sweet and sour pork, chicken stir fry, spicy noodles tossed with a selection of vegetables served with steamed basmati rice and crisp prawn crackers
- Fresh homemade pasta selection including lasagne, spinach canelloni and creamy fettucini carbonara served with large bowls of tossed garden salad and crusty bread
- Hot buffet of beef curry and chicken a-la-king served with crisp stir fry vegetables and steaming rice
- Traditional Aussie BBQ cooked by our chefs - steak, lamb chops, bacon, sausages and onion served with fresh breads and a variety of salads
- Gourmet BBQ served from the grill by our chefs - chicken brochettes, fresh fish, hamburgers, gourmet sausages and vegetable kebabs served with a selection of salads and a variety of bread rolls
